  1. IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD TO ORDER?

  3. WHAT DO I DO IF I LOSE MY LOG IN NUMBER AND PASSWORD?

  4. HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED AND SHIPPED?
    Your single bag orders will be packed in padded envelopes. Your case orders will be packed in our sturdy cardboard boxes. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground service. Retailer orders may be shipped via common carrier, depending on quantities. You will receive email confirmation of shipping along with a tracking number.

  5. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT?
    All orders received before 3pm. (PST) Monday- Friday, typically ship out the same day. Orders received after 3pm (PST) Friday will ship out the following Monday. Your order will be confirmed via email within 24 hours Monday-Friday.

  6. IF I ORDER A GIFT WILL MY RECEIPT BE SENT WITH THE ORDER?
    NO. Your receipt will be mailed to you separately.

  7. DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?
    NO. We accept all orders, large and small.

  8. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please email us at service@cappuccino-connection.com or call Customer Service toll free at (877) 536-9575. We can make arrangements to have your order returned to us and issue a refund (minus shipping charges).
